Legal
Terms of Service
Craft11 is a business operating platform with AI features. By using it, you agree to these terms. The short version: your data is yours, you own your business decisions, and the AI is a co-pilot — not the pilot. We're covered legally; so are you. The full version follows.
1. The Service
Craft11 is a business operations platform built for service companies. It includes a client-to-invoice workflow system (the Sacred Spine), an AI co-pilot (Stark), a company memory layer (Spark Vault), an AI agent team (AI Village), and supporting modules for calendar, finance, resources, and reporting. The platform is provided by DotCom d.o.o., a company incorporated in Slovenia and operating as Craft11 ("we", "us", "Craft11").
By creating an account, joining Early Crew, or using the Service in any way, you ("you", "Customer") agree to these Terms. If you're using Craft11 on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately at security@craft11.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You're liable for activity on your account.
3. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payment
Craft11 is priced per company, not per seat. Current tiers are published at craft11.com/pricing. We may update pricing with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Annual plans are charged upfront. Payments are non-refundable except as required by mandatory consumer law.
Early Crew: The first 100 companies receive 50% off their listed price for the first 12 months, locked in for that period. Early Crew members also receive direct founder access, an invitation to co-develop vertical features at no charge, and permanent Early Crew status. Batches may close without notice when limits are reached.
December €0 policy: Once Craft11 reaches approximately 100,000 active users, every active subscriber in good standing receives a €0 invoice for that December. This is our intention, not a contractual right, and is subject to change with notice.
Late payments may result in a 1.5% monthly late fee and suspension of access. Suspension does not relieve payment obligations.
EU/EEA consumers: You have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of your first payment. Contact support@craft11.com within that period to exercise it.
4. Acceptable Use
Use Craft11 for your internal business purposes. You may not: reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its outputs; use it to transmit malware or unlawful content; resell or sublicense access; violate export control or sanctions laws; or engage in conduct that harms the Service, other users, or third parties.
Report violations to abuse@craft11.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Your Data
Your data is yours. You retain all ownership of the data, notes, files, and information you put into Craft11 ("Customer Data"). We don't claim ownership over it.
You grant us a license to process your Customer Data to provide the Service, maintain security, comply with law, and create anonymized/aggregated data for product improvement. Anonymized data is no longer your data and we may use it without restriction, including to improve AI models. EU/GDPR users may opt out of model training by contacting support@craft11.com.
We implement reasonable security safeguards. No system is perfect — you're responsible for the security of your own credentials and systems.
On termination, we'll delete or anonymize your Customer Data within a reasonable period (typically 30 days), except for legally required retention. You can request a full export in CSV/JSON within 30 days of termination at no charge.
6. AI Features — Read This
Craft11 includes AI-powered features: an AI co-pilot (Stark), automated summaries, predictive alerts, document ingestion, and an AI agent team. These features exist because they already reduce real friction in how service businesses operate. They're useful and honest — and they're also probabilistic, imperfect, and still improving.
What this means for you:
- AI outputs are provided "as is" with no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
- Never rely solely on an AI output for decisions with material legal, financial, safety, or compliance consequences. Always apply your own judgment.
- The system is designed around human authority: your raw notes and inputs are always the base truth. You can review, edit, override, or revert any AI-generated content at any time. This revertibility is intentional and permanent.
- AI processing of unstructured human input inherently involves errors, hallucinations, and biases. We aim for high reliability, especially on structured business data, but we don't guarantee it.
- The system works best in English. Multilingual outputs may be less reliable.
If something the AI does looks wrong — tell us. Reply in-app or email support@craft11.com. Real feedback is how we get better.
7. Intellectual Property
We own the Service — all software, AI models, architecture, designs, and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription for your internal business purposes. This license ends immediately when your subscription ends.
You own your Customer Data and any outputs derived specifically from it. You don't own the AI, the models, or the platform itself.
Feedback and suggestions you share with us become ours to use freely. We appreciate them and will use them to make the product better for everyone.
8. Privacy and GDPR
How we handle personal data is covered in our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference. The short version relevant here:
- If you're in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, your data is processed under GDPR and equivalent laws.
- International transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
- DotCom d.o.o. in Slovenia serves as our EU operational entity for invoicing, support, and local compliance, and may constitute an EU establishment under GDPR for certain activities.
- GDPR rights requests (access, erasure, portability, objection): privacy@craft11.com. We respond within one month.
- The Service is not intended for individuals under 16.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR FREEDOM FROM ERRORS OR INTERRUPTIONS. THIS APPLIES TO ALL FEATURES INCLUDING AI OUTPUTS.
Early Crew and beta features are provided with no uptime guarantees or support commitments. Third-party components (including Stripe, AI model providers) are not warranted by us.
10. Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAFT11 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR DAMAGES FROM RELIANCE ON AI OUTPUTS.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IF NO FEES WERE PAID, THE LIMIT IS €500.
These limits do not apply to: our gross negligence or fraud; breach of confidentiality related to your data; death or personal injury caused by our negligence; or any matter that cannot be limited by applicable law.
11. Termination
You may cancel at any time via account settings or by emailing support@craft11.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if your use poses a security or legal risk. Termination for cause does not entitle you to refunds.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland consumers: Mandatory local consumer protections apply. You have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Disputes may also be directed to the courts of Slovenia (the location of DotCom d.o.o., our EU operational entity). Any clause that would override these mandatory protections is unenforceable to that extent.
Either party may seek injunctive relief to prevent unauthorized use or IP infringement in any competent court, without posting bond.
